For years, our founder Bex searched for tailoring that fit. Not just in size and cut, but in attitude, identity, and intent. What she found instead were suits borrowed from outdated moulds: restrictive, impersonal, and often built with someone else in mind.

So she built something new.

Sykes Suits was created for people who don’t see themselves in conventional fashion.

Hi, I’m Bex, founder and lead tailor at Sykes Suits.

My background blends fashion design, hands-on tailoring, and a lifelong love of fabric, fit, and identity. I learned to sew from skilled seamstresses and from years of listening to clients, friends, and anyone who’s ever felt unseen by mainstream fashion.

I started this brand to offer more than custom clothing.

I wanted to create a space where power and comfort coexist, where tailoring meets authenticity, and where everyone can feel proud in what they wear.
