Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sykes Suits, we take pride in delivering high-quality garments and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or made-to-measure suits
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Sykessuits@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
